Overview
The Capacity Team meetings provide a forum to discuss the requirements of the HRSD's Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Consent Decree, which requires extensive coordination with localities. Committee members share data and efforts to better identify, understand, and resolve wet weather SSOs occurring within the Regional Sanitary Sewer System.
Members
The Capacity Team includes representatives from the wastewater functions of the affected local governments, HRSD, HRPDC, and consultants.
