Southside Network Authority Audit of Financial Statements

The Southside Network Authority’s audit report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 (dated December 1, 2023) provided a “materially clean” opinion. The auditor’s opinion stated, “The Authority’s financial statements, in all material respects, present fairly the financial position of the business-type activities of the Authority and are in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) generally accepted in the United States of America.” The audit also included positive comments regarding the internal control processes being used by the Authority.
